Energy Performance Certificates
(EPC) EPCs are legally required on all buildings when they are let or sold and are valid for 10 years, with government restrictions on buildings with poor ratings.
Level 3 & 4 Non-Domestic / Commercial Assessors Domestic / Residential Assessors Display Energy Cetificates
(DEC) All buildings that are accessible to the general public must have a display energy certificate (DEC) on display.

TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections
(ACI) All buildings with air conditioning systems over 12kW (approximately 3 wall-mounted units) require a TM44 air condition inspection report every 5 years.
Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme
(ESOS) Companies with more than 250 employees or a turnover of £50 million are legally required to have the company's energy usage evaluated every 4 years.
